NOBS Distillery is a small batch craft-distillery founded by the Knobelauch family on the Isle of Samsoe. Our mission is to create high quality whiskies from Danish grown barley in the most sustainable way as possible.
We commenced production in January 2024, focusing on crafting malt spirit for maturation in oak casks to eventually become whisky. But occassionally we do batches of our apple brandy Malusine based on locally harvested apples.
You can buy our products in our small distillery shop or online in our web shop. Being long-time whisky aficionados ourselves, we also offer a small range of collectible and unique whiskies from around the world.
